To process your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

To update or amend your details, simply sign in to your account and edit, then save your personal information. 

Hi Maintenance garments fit true to size. If you prefer a tight fit, we recommend you purchase your usual size. If you prefer some additional stretch, we recommend you purchase a size up from your usual size. For more information, please refer to our Size Guide.

If an item isn’t available to purchase, you can click on the Notify Me button and you will receive an email when the item is back in stock.  We are always re-stocking our most popular styles, so please let us know if there is something you are desperate to order!

No, you will be charged only the face value of the Gift Card

The Hi Maintenance Gift Card can be used only on the Hi Maintenance website and it has no expiry date.

We ship across the UAE and the Middle East and also internationally. Please refer to our Shipping Policy. If your location is not listed, please email us at info@himaintenance.ae and we will do our best to arrange the shipment for you.

We accept Visa/MasterCard debit and credit cards.

In the UAE you can also pay using Cash on Delivery for orders up to AED 5,000. Refer to our Shipping Policy.

Your order will be delivered by our selected courier partner. You will be able to track the delivery status of your order. As part of our commitment to sustainability, your items will be wrapped in tissue paper, inside a garment box or bag to protect them. If you are making a return, you must return the items in their original packaging.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once your purchases are on their way to you, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. Registered customers can sign in to their account and follow the order’s progress.

We pride ourselves on the highest quality products, so if your product is damaged or has a fault, we want to know about it. Please email returns@himaintenance.ae

If you would like to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items. Follow the instructions in our hassle-free Returns & Refund Policy.

We offer free returns in the UAE. Please note there is only one free return per order. For any additional returns, there will be a charge.

For the Rest of the World, it is the customer’s responsibility to courier returnable items to us and we do not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back to us using the most cost-effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

As soon as we receive your return, we will check it and notify you by email. If it is eligible for a refund the refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

Refundable items paid for by card will be refunded directly to the card used to make the purchase, unless you choose store credit. Please allow 7-14 working days from the date we confirm your refund for the funds to be credited back to you.

For returned sale items and refundable items paid for by cash on delivery (COD), you will receive store credit which will have no expiry date. For items purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be applied back to the Gift Card.

If you would like to exchange an item, you should return the item as per the Returns & Refund Policy and place a new order for the required alternative item.
